Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

Puppy Code collects nothing. It has no accounts, no server of its own, no analytics and no adverts. Nothing you or your child does in the game is sent anywhere.

The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail, because both app stores ask for it in writing.

What the game stores

The game keeps three things, and it keeps all three on your own device:

That is the whole list. It holds no name, no email address, no age, no location, no contacts and no device identifier.

It is written to the local storage of the browser, or of the app on a phone or tablet. It stays there. It is never uploaded, never backed up to us, and never shared.

What the game does not do

Children

Puppy Code is made for children, and it was made for one child in particular.

It collects no personal information from anybody, and that includes children. There is nothing in the game that asks a child for information, and nothing a child does in the game leaves the device. There is no chat, no way to contact another player, and no way for anybody else to see what a child has done.

Because no personal information is ever collected, there is nothing for a parent to review, correct or ask us to delete. If you would still like to talk about this, please write to info@codesuma.dev.

Deleting your data

Delete the app, or clear the site data for the game in your browser. Everything the game saved is then gone.

There is no account to close and no request to make, because we hold nothing about you.

Where the game runs

The app on a phone or tablet holds the whole game on the device and needs no connection.

The browser version is served from a web host, which records ordinary web server information in order to serve the page. That is the same information any website receives when you visit it, and it is not linked to anything you do in the game.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page and the date at the top will change with it. The game does not collect data today, and any change to that would be announced here first.
